経歴
昭和24年生まれ
昭和48年 慶應義塾大学法学部政治学科卒業、自動車メーカー入社する
昭和58年 アメリカ事業会社の設立と事業展開を行う
平成 3年 海外法人管理を行う
平成11年 Indiana University（Extended studies）で会計学を学んだ後、米国税理士試験合格
平成15年 Tsuchida & Associatesを設立し今日に至る
現在 米国税理士（Enrolled Agents to Practice Before the IRS）
NPO法人 Japan Society of Enrollde Agents （米国税理士日本支部）理事長
National Association of Enrollde Agents （米国税理士協会）正会員
California Society of Enrollde Agents （カリフォルニア税理士協会）正会員
